When I was a little girl, one of my favorite Halloween costumes was a gypsy. It was one of my mom’s favorites, too, because she hated to sew! I loved getting dressed up in flouncy, flowing skirts with big hoop earrings, bangles and other jewelry. It would seem that Lucia and Sophia, these adorable twin sisters, like being gypsies, too. Their matching outfits made a big hit on the boardwalk in Asbury Park. Jaye Kogut Photography captured these cuties!
